After-service & Guarantee
Our company will do our utmost to guarantee you products with best quality. If there is some problems with the products, we will take the responsibility to offer you satisfying after-service, according to the relevant laws and regulations. We solemnly promise:
  1. The leather seats to be fixed in your car is in good condition and the same style and color as you have ordered
  2. To protect your interests, please check the leather seats on the spot. If there remains some problems, please contact our staff at once. We will refine or change the damaged parts if the responsibility lies in our side.
Under guarantee, if some problems are found in the leather seats out of the defect of materials or manufacturing process, we will offer you guaranty service, including changing the required raw materials and paying for the labor costs. In order to facilitate the guaranty process, you are required to hold the receipt, invoice of the guarantee card. We have the right to refuse guarantee service under the following conditions:

  • No problems in product quality
  • Normal abrasion or damage out of misapplication
  • Damage made by others maliciously
  • Damage brought by traffic accidents or natural disasters
  • Products ever repaired or fixed by other companies without our authorization
  • No required receipt, invoice or warranty card
  • Products out of guaranty
  • Not our products
